OUR PROGRAM:
-
Participation in our 2025 Spring Workshops is required in order to take part in our Spring Pop-up Shop on May 3. No exceptions.
-
Business experience is not required for our program, however participants should have a well-honed business idea if they wish to take part in the Spring Pop-up.
-
Business expenses are the sole responsibility of the participant
-
We promote our pop-up shops via social media promotions, email marketing, online advertising, local publications, and local associations to ensure that we bring out as many shoppers as we possibly can! We ask all of our participants to also promote the pop-up shop within their schools, clubs, community organizations, friends, family, and neighbors
CONSIDERATIONS FOR OUR SPRING 2025 POP-UP SHOP
-
Our Spring 2025 Pop-up at Broadway Plaza is geared for ages 10–18. Note that the duration and setup for this event is more intensive, thus the minimum age is 10 (unlike our other pop-ups, where the minimum age is 8)
-
We at Girls Crushing It dedicate an incredible amount of heart and labor towards ensuring that our pop-up shops are delightful - and we need you to do your part too! Participants and their families/support team should make every effort to show up ready to share their wonderful business and products with the world, and to make the best of any unexpected circumstances - whether that’s a rainstorm, a gust of wind, a “competitor" nearby, or any other challenges we may encounter. We appreciate your words of kindness, willingness to lend a hand, and mindful modeling of optimism and resilience.
-
Your child will be expected to actively manage their table during their shift. Due to the extended duration of a shift, participants should consider enlisting the help of a friend or family member while they take breaks.
-
Payment method options for customers are at the sole discretion of the participant. Card readers and accounts must be set up in advance of the pop-up shop, as there is no guarantee of wi-fi availability during our pop-up shop.
-
Participants manage their own finances and are entitled to their profit; Girls Crushing It does not take a commission on sales

LOGISTICS FOR OUR POP-UP

This event will be held outdoors. Although your child's table will be within the footprint of a tent, there may be environmental factors such as sun, wind and rain. Please plan accordingly.
