​WE WILL SUPPLY

• (1) 6ft table, (1) tablecloth, (2) chairs and (1) table-front sign per business

• Free tickets for your friends and family (pending availability)

YOU WILL NEED TO BRING

• Tabletop signage, display stands, pricing info and decor

• Enough inventory for 6 hours and packaging for delicate items

• Stocked cash box and/or electronic payment option

LOADING

You will be able to unload along Palace Drive (you will see Girls Festival staff waiting to help you with trolleys to take you to your exhibit tables) between 8:00AM-9:00AM. Parking along Palace Drive is not allowed at any time.

GUEST LIST

Please ensure all guests' names have been sent to us by October 10. Since this is a ticketed event, Girls Festival will only admit guests who are on your guest list.

​FOOD

Five food trucks will be positioned in the triangle parking lot from 10:00 - 3:30 pm.

BREAK TIMES

• Take breaks as needed.

• When leaving your table unattended, check out an extra tablecloth from us to cover your table to help prevent theft.

• Festival security will be stationed in our area, but they are not responsible for watching individual belongings or products in your absence.
